The suitesparse package is a catkin wrapper package for Dr. Tim Davis Suitesparse 4.2.1 (with PIC) http://faculty.cse.tamu.edu/davis/suitesparse.html

The system_suitesparse package is a catkin wrapper for the system installation of the suitesparse library (on Ubuntu this is libsuitesparse-dev)
