###  airflow的安装及基本使用
*  目的：尝试将任务开发在web完成，减少ETL开发者的便利性
   *  目的未完成，仅仅是docker封装的安装及dag开发、运行和监控
   *  airflow web开发DAG：https://github.com/lattebank/airflow-dag-creation-manager-plugin。不过该插件仅仅支持Python2，有兴趣的同学可以尝试将其转换为Python3的版本。精力所限，不再尝试

*  说明：windows下的shell需要`dos2unix xx.sh`来转换
