1.  运行web,后台管理  
    npm run dev

2. live-server 安装和运行参数  
    安装，使用npm命令即可，这里建议全局安装，以后任意位置可用    
    npm install -g live-server  
    运行时，直接输入命令:         
    live-server  
   
3.全局安装  
    npm install -g axios
    npm install -g live-server
    npm install -g vue
    npm install -g vue-cli
