给定一个2维正方体盒子，边长为2，四个点坐标：(1, 1) (1, -1) (-1, 1) (-1, -1)，在其中挖空几个点，往里面放置m个任意大小的气球（圆），其半径为Ri，位置为 Pi. 圆不能包含挖空的点。求使得 sum = ΣRi2 最大。
