# MSI-Machine-Learning
For studying the biological meaning of MSI

初步因果图已经上传，代码在casual，不是那个temptest

CAM：跑不出来

CCDr：也有孤立点但是少了很多

CGNN：不懂神经网络调参（悲）

GES：之前的那个

GIES：和GES一样就不放图了

LinGAM：跑不出来

PC：没有孤立点

SAM：没看懂的报错（进程冲突之类的？）

SAMv1：同上

整个bnlearn：跑不出来（如果不用graph显示x0不能为整数之类的？如果用了graph显示module 'networkx' has no attribute 'adj_matrix'

跑出来的几个里选一个算法到时候扔去dowhy验证吧，或者你试试跑不出来的？

好了，GES的没有指明是哪个（就是名字只有一个Casual的那个，其余几个都对应相应的算法改好了名）
其实GES的，如果是先指定骨架再去做的话效果也不差，没有那么多的孤立节点
