第四次装QT，环境window 10 + Qt 5.13.0 +Qt Creator 4.9.1 +MSVC2017 （vs2019）
下载地址 ：https://download.qt.io/official_releases/qtcreator/ 建议先下QT再下VS，方便扫描到VS编译器，否则可重启电脑来扫描(vs下的是2019，编译器记得选上MSVC2017)
Kit c and c++选择x86_amd64
path环境变量加上QT msvc2017的bin
