# Wrapper of paddlehelix for compounds properties calculation

## Requirements

- Ubuntu 20.04
- RDKit (version == 2020.09.1)
- Python (version == 3.7.16)
- PaddlePaddle (version == 2.4.2)
- pgl (version == 2.2.4)
- paddlehelix (version == 1.0.1)

基础组件已经完成。

预训练完成，可以使用zinc完整进行再次预训练。

下游任务中间有部分接口出现问题，需要处理。主要是下游训练中的mol_to_gnn部分出现问题。
