Swagger UI

This is the source for the Swagger UI (https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-ui) in a form that makes it easy to deploy to PaaS.  It currently defaults to http://localhost:8080/osapi/v1beta1 which is the default OpenShift v3 API endpoint if it runs on your local host.
