FILE_INPUT=0,1 - Rather than generate random input, read from the file called UVW_in.dat FAST_MATH=0,1 - Use fast math intrinsics HDF5_INPUT=0,1 - Read an hdf5 file as input. This functionality is not very robust. vis.hdf5 is provided. CAS_ATOMIC=0,1 - Use a compare-and-swap atomic instead of a native atomic. This is required for double precision on Kepler or earlier
