## declaration 

首先声明，公司的工作氛围确实是我呆过所有公司里最好的，至少研发这边是这样，不管是文总、小波总还是海洋总的团队，大家都很融洽，一起debug、一起做好产品，领导也不事儿逼。
曾经幻想过在这里的美好前景，也给一些同事朋友布过道，希望他们不要怪我。
决定入职象帝先之前，也了解过这家的背景，私以为是最有希望成为国内GPU领跑者的。然而技术总归是技术，研发大佬们终究还是不懂人性..

有必要再更新一下唐志敏，直到今天(2024年5月31日)，私以为这位“尊敬”的唐“先生”只是被奸人所惑，本身应该还是想踏踏实实做事情的。然而事实总是能狠狠地抽自己巴掌，据可靠消息：

**上周六马冠华及其党羽还在给唐志敏过生日，有写着XDX logo的蛋糕，还有“大哥生日快乐”的黑板报！**

所以这个东西(姑且称他为东西)，在中科院当研究员的时候就这尿性了？外人不知道这东西的底细，海光的应该知道吧？也跟着过来？看来真的是小白！

关于这位COO，之前也听说过他与公司某些女高管和女员工的风月事，也知道他大概在去年这个时候(也是五六月份？)也搞过一些人事调整，想要架空研发VP们的权力。没记错的话，当时闹的风波还挺大的，只是据说他的意向傀儡没有完全配合，加上马冠华此时已经入职，最后事情不了了之，陶也被马彻底架空。

连找两位丞相都是这种货色，可见唐志敏的水平着实厉害，这个世界真他妈是个巨大的草台班子！草！
