区块链票据的项目，hyperledger-fabric框架，运行环境node 6.9.5 go语言基础

  $ cd billEndorse/ 

  $ npm install

  $ npm install -g bower

  $ cd billEndorse/public/ng

  $ bower install

  $ ./setupFabricNetwork.sh

 $./createChannelAndInstallChaincode.sh
