## 定时功能

用户可单次或者长期定时

前端部分，用户通过picker选择时间，选择目标时间的操作（关机就没有其他选择，开机就可以设置温度等选项），点击提交保存到数据库 timer，数据结构如上。

写一个云函数，每隔1分钟进行一次检测，对数据库里时间差在30秒内（左开右闭），根据数据库对的数据，对对应的服务器和消息队列发送用户定义的设置
