自定义文章URL路径：在 issue 标题文字后添加 %% 作为分割并在其后添加自定义的路径即可，未配置自定义路径的将会使用 `Issue number` 作为默认路径。添加自定义路径后默认路径将自动重定向到最新的自定义URL路径
