1. H264 over RTSP 转封装 H264 over RTMP/HTTP-FLV/HLS
2. H265 over RTSP 转码 H264 over RTMP/HTTP-FLV/HLS
3. H265 over RTSP 转码 H264 over RTMP/HTTP-FLV/HLS
   H 265 仅支持 Safari on iOS 16.0以上等支持HEVC解码的浏览器
