# DIP6

实验不用考虑编码后再保存为jpeg文件，只需要编码再解码，然后显示解码的图片。

流程：以8*8的子块遍历原图像，对每一个子块先编码、再解码，然后把子块保存到一个新图像里，最后显示对比原图和重构图。
